Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our Security Practice Team. This role involves coordinating and managing our Compliance Program, defining requirements for adhering to compliance frameworks, and preparing teams for audits.

About the Role

This operational and tactical role will be responsible for:

  • Defining compliance framework requirements
  • Preparing teams for audits and ensuring they are audit-ready
  • Managing monitoring requirements for maintaining a successful compliance standing
  • Working with auditors to manage all audit activities
Key Responsibilities

The Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst will:

  • Manage and expand the Nintex Compliance Program
  • Be responsible for the entire compliance lifecycle from gap analysis to audit complete
  • Prepare the company for new compliance frameworks
  • Meticulously coordinate compliance gap analysis, remediation plans, audits, documentation, self-assessment, and other audit activities
