About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Crime Compliance Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a subject matter expert in financial crime, you will be responsible for executing critical operational tasks that support our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) strategies.

Your duties will include managing Know-Your-Customer (KYC) processes, ensuring compliance with AML/CTF regulations, and conducting thorough fraud and transaction monitoring.

About You

  • You possess a tertiary level qualification or relevant industry experience.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar field in the finance industry.
  • You have proven expertise in AML/CFT operations or financial crime compliance.
  • You have strong experience with Reverse Mortgages.
  • You have specific knowledge of agricultural finance preferred.
  • You possess exceptional time management skills.
  • You have strong analytical and investigative abilities.
  • You are skilled in cultivating professional relationships, building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have effective written and verbal communication skills.
