Coffee Specialist

You will be a key member of our food and beverage team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea drinks
- Promote our loyalty program to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Follow recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items
- Cultivate a positive team atmosphere
The ideal candidate should possess high energy levels, be reliable, honest, passionate, welcoming, and smiling to customers at all times.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and minimum 2 years experience in coffee preparation.
They should also be well-groomed, able to work as part of a cohesive team, and comfortable working during busy shifts.
A successful Coffee Specialist will have the ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments.
