Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Coffee Specialist. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality coffee and food items, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including cleaning tables, equipment, and work areas.
- Handle cash and operate the POS system.
- Support team members in various tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role within a café setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
