Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences as a Coffee Specialist.
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team of food and beverage enthusiasts. As a coffee specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages with precision and attention to detail.
- Develop strong communication skills to interact with new and regular customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Promote our loyalty program and contribute to sales growth.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Follow recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items, including coffees with latte art.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, high energy levels, and a strong work ethic.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Present yourself well, with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience (preferred) in a similar role or industry.
- Speak English fluently and have been in Australia for at least 12 months.
Requirements:
- Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday shifts.
- Ability to work busy shifts comfortably, meeting the demands of a fast-paced environment.
