We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Coffee Specialist.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality coffee drinks. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for coffee and excellent beverage preparation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
- The ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
