Key Responsibilities:

  • Dialing in and serving consistent, high-quality espresso and filter coffee
  • Managing drink orders with precision and efficiency
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment
  • Engaging with customers warmly and handling any concerns with care
  • FOLLOWING RECIPE STANDARDS AND DAILY OPERATING PROCEDURES

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of barista experience in a high-volume cafe
  • Confident customer service and strong communication skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and consistency
  • Reliable, well-organized, and cool under pressure
