Training Opportunity

This is a chance to work with our Learning and Development Team as a specialist in Perth.

The role involves supporting the design, coordination, and oversight of training activities, managing initiatives, and driving change to deliver industry capability.

  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, including workshops and inductions on company processes and IT systems.
  • Plan and oversee mandatory training, monitor completion, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver functional and system-specific training, while developing and maintaining up-to-date training materials and digital resources.
  • Collect feedback, assess training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.
Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting company-wide learning initiatives such as leadership programs, digital platforms, graduate and internship programs.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous development and supporting inclusion strategies and benefits for disadvantaged groups.
  • Managing partnerships and collaborating on inclusive hiring practices, support programs for underrepresented groups.
Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar position and be able to learn and apply new skills and technologies to keep up with changes in the industry or workplace.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Experience in training coordination, design, and delivery.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
