Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Learning and Development Specialist. This individual will be responsible for coordinating onboarding programs, planning and overseeing mandatory training, collaborating with internal teams, collecting feedback, and supporting company-wide learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, including workshops and inductions on company processes and IT systems
  • Plan and oversee mandatory training, monitor completion, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver functional and system-specific training, while developing and maintaining up-to-date training materials and digital resources
  • Collect feedback, assess training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and engagement
  • Support company-wide learning initiatives such as leadership programs, digital platforms, graduate and internship programs, and promote a culture of continuous development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Experience within the Construction industry will be highly regarded
  • The ability to learn and apply new skills and technologies to keep up with changes in the industry or workplace
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships
