Learning Development Specialist Role

">About the Job

We are seeking a Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will support the design, coordination and oversight of training activities, manage initiatives and drive change to deliver industry capability. This role also supports inclusion strategies and benefits for disadvantaged groups.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organisational Development. You will also have previous experience in a similar position and excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience within the Construction industry will be highly regarded.
