Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to support the design, coordination, and delivery of training activities. The role will involve managing initiatives and driving change to enhance industry capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, including workshops and inductions on company processes and IT systems.
  • Plan and oversee mandatory training, monitor completion, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver functional and system-specific training, while developing and maintaining up-to-date training materials and digital resources.
  • Collect feedback, assess training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.
  • Support company-wide learning initiatives such as leadership development programs, digital platforms, graduate and internship programs.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organisational Development.
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Experience within the Construction industry will be highly regarded.
  • The ability to learn and apply new skills and technologies to keep up with changes in the industry or workplace.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
