Key Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end production and warehouse operations. This is a pivotal leadership position that will lead and mentor production teams to deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading teams across both large-scale production runs and small-batch, complex assemblies. They will be adept at applying ERP and scheduling systems to coordinate multiple concurrent jobs and will have a solid technical background, either electrical or mechanical, with experience in moulding, electrical assembly, or tube processing considered beneficial.

The role requires capability in monitoring production rates and efficiencies, managing DIFOT performance, and supporting the transition from paper-based work orders to more automated systems. The ideal candidate will be able to champion continuous improvement through Lean tools such as 5S, visual work instructions, and workflow optimisation.
