We're seeking a seasoned professional to build long-term relationships with our partners and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in alliance sales and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position based in Sydney or Melbourne office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, validate, and grow pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Develop trusted relationships with Alliance Partners in the local market.
  • Cultivate relationships with relevant 'C-Suite' stakeholders to grow the joint Alliance Partner/EY share of wallet.
  • Drive the Alliance business development strategy and deployment within the Oceania Financial Services market segment.
  • Provide leadership across all EY/Alliance business development activity, including governance in market, partner programs, and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Deliver against defined sales, pipeline, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Build awareness and enablement of Alliance benefits and opportunities for EY internally.
  • Establish EY's brand within the Alliance context across the Oceania Financial Services market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong content expertise (technical/sector).
  • Expert client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional influencing, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt personal style as required.
  • Strong change agent skills.
  • University/Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years of demonstrated alliance sales senior roles.
  • 12+ years of complex and large sales experience.
  • Experience in the technology sector environment/Alliance area preferred.
  • Advanced degree.
