We are seeking an experienced Contract Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and measuring performance against customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Measuring performance against customer satisfaction by reporting and rectifying any non-compliance.
- Analysing contract costs and ensuring favourable terms.
- Drafting contractual correspondence, evaluating changes/variations and processing contract variation.
- Issuing amendments for contracts; evaluating claims, resolving disputes and closing out contracts.
- Coordinating the signing process, ensuring all necessary parties sign.
- Maintaining accurate contract records and providing regular updates to Senior Contracts Manager.
- Assisting with drafting various tender documents and contracts, conducting commercial clarifications, evaluating proposals, and assisting in contractor selection.
- Reducing Total Cost Ownership.
- Finding opportunities to add value and reduce costs.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
