We are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage contracts from initiation through to closure, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Review, negotiate, amend, and finalise contracts
- Monitor project performance and financials
- Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery, and close out
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage subcontractors throughout the contract lifecycle
- Coordinate commissioning activities including documentation
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
- Maintain registers that track and substantiate commercial positions
- Contribute to commercial strategy and drive outcomes
- Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance
- Working knowledge of project administration and control
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Negotiation, conflict, and influencing skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
