Driving success in a fast-paced hotel environment requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills and attention to detail.

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that every room is impeccably clean and welcoming for our guests.

To achieve this goal, you will collaborate closely with the housekeeping manager to drive productivity, participate in staff recruitment and onboarding procedures, and conduct training sessions to ensure compliance with departmental standards.

You will also assist with creating efficient work schedules, coach and counsel staff members, and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the back-of-house areas.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, can lift heavy objects, and has excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in housekeeping within a hotel environment, preferably 2 years or more. We value knowledge of safe working habits, chemical handling, and hotel operations.
