Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and experienced leader to manage our housekeeping team.

  • Lead daily duties and allocate tasks effectively among the team members.
  • Conduct regular room inspections and maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Manage timecards, attendance, and rosters for accurate payroll and staffing.
  • Inspect service areas, storage rooms, and corridors for optimal cleanliness and organization.
  • Oversee deep cleans and periodic cleaning projects with precision.
  • Train and support room attendants and housekeeping staff to enhance their skills.
  • Effectively manage stock levels and equipment care to optimize resources.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, including VIP requests and special services.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping supervisory or senior team member roles is essential.
  • A proven track record of managing or mentoring a team is crucial.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are vital.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary.
  • Confident communication and leadership abilities are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems is advantageous but not required.
