**Executive Housekeeping Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Housekeeper to head up the Housekeeping team. This is a critical role in the success of our hotel, and we require someone with excellent leadership skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff. They will also possess full Australian working rights and excellent grooming and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Housekeeping team from the front, driving performance and productivity.
  • Manage staff effectively, including training, development, rostering, work allocation and performance improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
  • Conduct daily room inspections to ensure duties have been completed to meet service standards and guaranteed arrival times.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for workplace safety and health and safety of employees.

Requirements:

  • Passionate and consistent with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills: lead the team from the front, drive performance and productivity.
  • Excellent staff management skills.
  • Able to maintain standard operating procedures within the department and in accordance with client requirements.
  • Knowledge of RMS system.
  • Previous experience in leading a 4 or 5-star Housekeeping Department.
