Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

The role of a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor is critical to the success of any hotel. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to head up our housekeeping team in Adelaide.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeepers to ensure excellent service standards are met. You will maintain high levels of productivity and quality, train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, manage daily payroll and maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and quality across all areas of housekeeping
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Manage daily payroll and maintain accurate financial records
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
