Job Opportunity: Area Sales Manager
\The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts within a designated geographic region. This role involves applying strategic sales tactics to achieve set sales and profit objectives.
\Main Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, establishing regular contact with customers and key influencers to obtain product performance feedback, developing and implementing support programs for the territory, communicating with internal and external customers to accomplish territory objectives, and maintaining annual business plans.
\To succeed in this position, applicants must possess a degree with a preferred focus in Agriculture or Business, have minimum 3 years of sales experience with territory responsibilities, and demonstrate working history in the Agricultural Chemical Manufacturing or related Agriculture Industry.
\Additional qualifications may include previous experience working with distributors, retailers, agricultural consultants, and key growers to accomplish territory objectives.
