Bayswater Plaster & Fibre Cement (BP&FC) has supplied Plastering Contractors, Builders and DIY renovators with plasterboard, fibre cement and accessories for more than 20 years. Our late‑model fleet, zero‑harm mindset and friendly team culture make us the trade partner of choice across Victoria.

DELIVERY DRIVER (MR)

The Job

  • Drive HR trucks to deliver plasterboard and fibre cement products
  • Perform pre‑start inspections, secure loads, complete run sheets and report defects
  • Manually unload sheets on‑site, following safe handling techniques
  • Provide courteous, on‑time service to builders, plasterers and trade customers
  • Lend a hand in the warehouse between runs (picking, packing, housekeeping)

Must‑Haves

  • MR licence with clean driving record (required)
  • Forklift licence highly regarded
  • High level of physical fitness; lift and carry large amounts of sheets and climb in/out of trucks all day
  • Sound knowledge of Melbourne roads and GPS navigation
  • Positive attitude, clear communication and commitment to teamwork & safety

DELIVERY JOCKEY (OFFSIDER)

The Job

  • Partner with the driver to load, secure and deliver plasterboard and fibre cement
  • Manually handle sheets on‑site, lifting, carrying, stacking and navigating tight spaces
  • Spot the driver during most scenarios and help maintain load safety
  • Assist with picking, packing and stock control in the warehouse when not on the road

Must‑Haves

  • Exceptional physical fitness; repetitively lift/carry large amounts of sheets and work on your feet all day
  • Construction Induction (White) Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and a safety‑first mindset
  • Experience handling building materials or working in a trade/warehouse environment (advantageous)
