Plaster and Cladding Expert

We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our operation as a senior estimator.
- Experienced estimator with a proven track record of successful tender submissions
- Previous exposure to plaster in the construction industry is essential
- Strong quantity surveying and estimating skills, including mathematical skills
- Knowledge of contract agreements within the construction industry
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to maintain client delivery programs
- Proficient in estimating software such as Planswift and Microsoft Excel
- Adept at performing take-offs, reviewing scopes, and assembling tender submissions
- Capability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent customer contact, communication, and presentation skills
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
About This Role- Preparation and submission of tender documents
- Development and maintenance of estimating systems and processes
- Analysis and interpretation of technical data
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff members
Please note that this is a challenging role requiring high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
