Our organization seeks a Regional Learning Officer to facilitate educational opportunities in the West Coast region.Key responsibilities include collaborating with the University to develop and deliver programs aligned with strategic goals and local needs, as well as creating awareness about education inequities.Additional tasks involve developing an action plan to increase participation in higher education among community members, acting as the local University of Tasmania point of contact, and representing the University on local committees as required.The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and qualifications, including a degree qualification and significant relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training in regional or community development, education, or a related field.They should also demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, experience in planning and implementing projects within complex organizations, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.BenefitsThe appointment will be at HEO 7 with a total remuneration package of up to $130,943 pro-rata, including a base salary within the range of $101,821 to $111,917 plus 17% superannuation.
