Student Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate mental health professional to join our dynamic team. As a Registered Psychologist, you will play a critical role in promoting students' well-being and academic success.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and staff, and possess a strong understanding of child development, mental health challenges, and learning difficulties.
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and develop strategies for students with learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges
- Collaborate with teaching staff to support student learning and well-being plans
- Design and deliver workshops or presentations on mental health and resilience
- Provide crisis intervention when needed
Key Selection Criteria:
- Full registration as a Psychologist with relevant national regulatory authority
- Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of child development, mental health challenges, and learning difficulties
- Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
