Student Wellbeing and Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support student well-being and personal development in our dynamic educational community.
The successful candidate will be based across two campuses of our independent K-12 Christian school, promoting students' mental health and well-being through evidence-based psychological services.
- Provide individual counselling, group sessions, and psychoeducational assessments to support student development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop strategies for students with learning, behavioural, and emotional challenges.
- Deliver workshops or presentations on mental health and resilience for students, parents, and staff.
- Fully registered as a Psychologist with the relevant national regulatory authority.
- Proven experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development, mental health challenges, and learning difficulties.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
