Our team seeks a skilled Data Analyst to join us on a 12-month fixed-term basis at the Fiona Stanley Hospital in Murdoch, Western Australia. You'll have the option to work from home part-time or full-time, with flexible arrangements available.

This position reports directly to the Customer Services Manager.

Key tasks include:

  • Coordinate maintenance events for approximately 400 medical devices.
  • Support asset management for Fiona Stanley Hospital.
  • Analyze maintenance events across two different systems and maintain key work data.
  • Perform data analysis, cross-check, and maintain asset data for two hospital sites.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Capacity to learn new systems efficiently.
  • Prior experience with data analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.

You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
