Senior Employment Relations Specialist

As a senior employment relations professional, you will provide high-level support and advice to management and staff on employment matters. You will contribute to the development and implementation of ER strategies to enhance employee engagement and support the organization's strategic direction.
">- Develop and implement ER frameworks, policies, and enterprise bargaining activities to support the organization's goals and fulfill legislative responsibilities.
- Manage complex ER matters and partner with relevant teams on case management, investigations, disciplinary action, and representation in industrial tribunals.
Key Requirements
You will have:
- Expert knowledge of employment relations and a strong understanding of industry regulations.
- Highly developed interpersonal, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in providing strategic and tactical advice on industrial instruments and employment regulations.
- Success in managing union relationships, disputes, and enterprise bargaining activities.
