Employment Relations Specialist Job

Job Description:

This role offers a chance to work on a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-admission legal experience in employment law, litigation skills, strong drafting abilities, and knowledge of civil procedure.

  • Representing clients in courts and tribunals
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. 2-4 years of post-admission legal experience in employment and industrial relations matters
  2. Experience in litigation in various courts and tribunals
  3. Strong drafting skills, including the ability to draft court documents and affidavits
  4. Good writing skills to provide concise and commercial advice to clients
  5. Knowledge of employment law and discrimination law obtained through academic study or practical experience
  6. Ability to manage your own time effectively and work autonomously
  7. Excellent attention to detail
