In this key position, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the instore Customer Experience Team, managing expectations, and driving long-term business success.

Acquire product knowledge and provide comprehensive product information during product demonstrations.">Sell finance and insurance products to team members after customer quotations, collaborating with the Central F&I team as required.">Clearly explain product benefits and features, establishing strong rapport with customers through interpersonal skills, clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs.">Assist with customer enquiries to answer questions about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.">Display professionalism when dealing with customers, delivering a 'Customer First' experience.">">
