About the Role

This key position plays a pivotal part in crafting a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey for customers.

You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers from their first inquiry through to follow-up after delivery, showcasing in-depth product knowledge and expert service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a personalized experience for customers throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Maintain control of the sales process, including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale interactions.
  • Leverage digital tools to accurately track customer records and manage sales activity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints.

A successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual who excels in a dynamic sales environment, passionate about cars, technology, and finding solutions that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an automotive sales role is essential.
  • Specific experience with Utes and Trucks, and understanding of customer needs in this segment is crucial.
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the products represented.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.
  • Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
