Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering calls from collectors in the field and addressing questions specific to test inquiries
- Responding to calls from patients, doctors, and medical centers
- Booking home visits for our clients
- Handling high volumes of calls in a busy call center environment
- Performing administrative tasks to support the team's efforts
- Receiving full training to ensure success in the role
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, including:
- Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Superior written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform work with precision and accuracy

We offer an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
