Functions and Bookings Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated administrator to join our team in a key support role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and is able to multitask with ease.

As a Functions and Bookings Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising with customers and operations teams to make bookings and functions at all of our venues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls in a friendly and informative tone
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to explain and sell services to customers
  • Ensuring detailed and thorough completion of bookings as per customer requests
  • Maintaining administration systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence and reporting
  • Participating in meetings as required by the business
  • Interacting with all colleagues and customers in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport and promote brand and team spirit
