We are seeking a highly motivated Venue Coordinator to join our community-based venue in Frankston.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of VCAT's service transformation, supporting the Victorian community by resolving civil and administrative disputes.

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to VCAT users and support to VCAT Members in preparation for and during hearings.

The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including VCAT staff, members of the public, and other government agencies.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and cohesive team environment, actively shaping the future of our community-based venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to VCAT users
  • Support VCAT Members in preparation for and during hearings
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve service delivery
