Role Summary

The Victorian Electoral Commission is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator, Election Venues to join our Event Strategy and Delivery Branch.

This fixed-term, full-time role will involve coordinating venue sourcing, assessment, set up, and continuity of operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Venue Acquisition and Management
    • Coordinate venue sourcing, assessment, set up, and continuity of operations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure venue acquisition meets needs of functionality, OHS, technology, and security
    • Maintain procedures and support policy development in relation to venue acquisition and management
  • Issue Management and Reporting
    • Assist with issue management, risk identification, and reporting to leadership
