About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Dynamic Business Growth Specialist. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for building long-term professional relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering workforce solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and establish a portfolio of new clients while growing relationships with existing ones.

  • Identify and pursue new labour hire and project-based opportunities.

  • Engage face-to-face with clients to understand their business needs and operational workforce requirements.

  • Work closely with the internal team to align labour availability with upcoming project demands.

  • Monitor labour trends and market movements to capitalise on emerging opportunities.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry changes and competitor activity.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and client relationship management.

Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience within the coal mining industry, a general understanding of CHPP operations, proven experience in sales, business development, or labour hire recruitment, a track record of acquiring and retaining clients, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset, and the ability to travel regionally as required.
