We are seeking a skilled Business Banking Expert to join our team. As a Business Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering customer-obsessed service that drives customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
You will provide timely and accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings, and processes via telephone and/or online channels.
About the Role- Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive service and effective communication.
- Provide detailed guidance on business banking products and services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their options.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
