We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to play a key role in supporting the growth and expansion of our operations.

Job Description

This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for building long-term professional relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering workforce solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Build and establish a portfolio of new clients while growing relationships with existing ones.
  • Identify and pursue new labour hire and project-based opportunities.
  • Engage face-to-face with clients to understand their business needs and operational workforce requirements.

A key part of the role is developing and sourcing labour hire opportunities—both local and FIFO & DIDO —for mining and civil projects across Queensland.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the coal mining industry
  • General understanding of CHPP operations
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or labour hire recruitment

You will work closely with the internal team to align labour availability with upcoming project demands. You will also maintain a strong understanding of industry changes and competitor activity. Providing exceptional customer service and client relationship management is crucial in this role.
