The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide category analysis and recommendations across all areas of layout, promotion, distribution, pricing and product mix.
  • Responsible for monthly and adhoc reporting and analysis of available market data.
  • Monitor and report on key commercial initiatives including pricing, innovation, promotions, providing insights and recommending actions.
  • Drive ROI approach on activations and commercial spend.
  • Support the customer teams on category range reviews with key grocery & pet specialty & online customers.
  • Contribute to customer planning presentations from category perspective, providing insights & analysis.

About You:

  • You'll have a passion for category and insights with a flair for analysing data and translating this into actionable insights.
  • A strong team player, ready to be part of our pack, working collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Category analysis and proficiency in either Nielsen or IRI and Home Panel software as well as rewards card data.
  • A good knowledge of category management principles and a strong understanding of optimising planograms, pricing and promotions.
  • Degree qualified and a background in FMCG is critical.
  • MS Suite skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
