About this role:

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing communications that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and effective.
  • Analyse digital metrics and implement strategies to improve the company's online presence.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching and development to ensure team members are engaged and motivated.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, with a focus on collaboration and accountability.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of digital marketing as a key communication channel for campaigns.
  • Experience in ATL Creative content development (digital & social execution).
  • FMCg or broader Consumer Experience is essential / pet industry (food) preferred.
