About the Job

Our ideal candidate is a pivotal force in our dynamic leadership team. As a Veterinary Affairs Leader, you will be at the forefront of expanding our brand's influence in the region and reinforcing our position as one of the most recommended brand equities in the veterinary & pet specialty sector.

This role is all about engagement and impact—leveraging multiple strategies to educate and support veterinary professionals, schools, key accounts, and internal stakeholders to make us the Premium Pet Nutrition leader in Australia.

Based in Sydney, NSW, this role cultivates a robust network of advocates and thought leaders, ensuring our scientific leadership and brand loyalty resonate throughout the veterinary community & broader pet industry.

You will lead a team of veterinarians that are out in the field each day engaging with the profession, drive brand advocacy across Prescription Diet & Science Diet, foster long-term brand loyalty and endorsement by developing innovative educational programs, and collaborate with key contacts within our key account customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • BVSc, DVM (or equivalent country qualification)
  • At least 6 years experience in a veterinary practice (or a similar job)
  • A strong network in the veterinary community, including local associations and governing bodies
  • Knowledge of the pet food industry
