This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and commercially minded Operations Finance Manager to join a high performing leadership team. You will report to the ANZ Head of Commercial & Operations Finance and be responsible for delivering financial performance and value creation across the supply chain, ensuring cost efficiency, capital discipline, and operational excellence to enable RPF's sustainable growth and competitiveness.

The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage both financial operations and provide commercial insight to drive business outcomes. You will be a trusted partner to the leadership team, ensuring strong governance while driving continuous improvement in processes and systems, and leveraging technology and systems to simplify reporting, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights for operations.

• Comply with group financial accounting policy, ensuring P&L and balance sheet management and control across all manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and manage the operational budget and work with external auditors to maintain accurate records.
• Influence and drive improvement of cash and cost while ensuring productivity is identified and delivered.
• Monitor KPI's (financial and non-financial) informing CFO and CEO of performance and risk.
• Lead a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching and development while ensuring team members are aligned with RPF's vision and objectives.

• Previous Finance Management – Operations exposure and analytical experience in a consumer product, supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Solid experience with forecasting, reporting and data analysis; ability to draw insights and tell the story behind the numbers.
• Commercial and sustained thinker; P&L and cashflow understanding.
• Willing to get hands dirty and thrive in transforming ANZ operations.
• Resilient with a growth mindset.
