We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Associate to join our team at Anton Murray Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for administering all aspects of our platform via online administration tools.

Your primary focus will be on performing regular calculations and checks on incoming and outgoing payments/prices across all clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring payments are made to and collected from clients, and for communicating effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile bank accounts, prepare regulatory filings, and assist with trust account preparation.

  • Assist clients with operational queries.

Requirements

  • Over 4 years of prior fund operations and/or registry experience, ideally with an unlisted and/or Alternative assets background.
  • Tech savvy, comfortable with online business tools.
  • Fast learner, able to learn from scratch.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and accountability.
  • Well-organized and structured approach to working.
  • Great attitude, enthusiasm, and a team player.
