This role provides financial and administrative support in a variety of duties related to finance.

About the Position

The primary purpose is to assist with contract administration, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other similar tasks as directed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process general Accounts Receivable, assist with invoicing, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process general Accounts Payable, creating and maintaining debtor information, including verification of debtors, responding to vendor and staff queries.
  • Assist with other general financial duties as directed by Finance Lead/Accountant.
Requirements:
  • Experience in finance, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills.
