About the Role

Driving Financial Excellence
  • The Financial Controller will be responsible for leading the financial function, ensuring compliance and delivering growth insights.
  • This strategic role requires a hands-on approach to finance, encompassing governance, scalability, and accuracy in reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust financial control framework, aligning with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement finance systems and processes to support business growth, including automation and cash flow optimisation.
  • Provide financial modelling, pricing analysis, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on projects such as M&A, restructuring, and due diligence.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting financial capability across the organisation.
About You
  • A CA/CPA qualified professional with at least 5+ years' experience in financial control or senior accounting is required.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or scaling businesses is highly valued.
  • You will possess strong technical expertise in reporting, compliance, and cash flow management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple entities and implement scalable finance processes is essential.
  • Proficiency with Xero and other financial systems is necessary.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
