About Our Finance Team

We are seeking experienced finance professionals to join our team in Geelong. As a finance officer, you will be responsible for facilitating transaction processing, extracting and analyzing data from financial systems, and preparing accurate and timely management reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating transaction processing in the systems to ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
  • Extracting and analyzing data from SAP and other financial systems to resolve enquiries.
  • Preparing accurate and timely management reports as required.
  • Providing input into the development of Standard Operating Procedures for the team, including process mapping requirements.
  • Working with key stakeholders to support various project initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Australian citizenship.
  • Demonstrated experience in a finance function.
  • Strong ability to manage and engage with stakeholders.
  • Analytical personality with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience measuring and reporting on compliance with approved policies/procedures.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • SAP experience desirable.
  • Background within disability or government highly advantageous.
