Job Title:

Education Development Officer, Curriculum Development

Role Overview

The role sits within the Curriculum Development unit within the Education Development and Improvement area of the Education, Learning and Assessment team.

The primary responsibility is to support the Curriculum Development team in designing, developing, and reviewing curricula, education programs, and supporting resources aligned with educational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for curriculum revision, education program development, and resource creation
  • Manage and advise specialty groups and committees on curriculum development and implementation
  • Design, develop, and facilitate workshops and training sessions on curricula development and implementation
  • Write curriculum content in collaboration with stakeholders and subject-matter experts
Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive relevant experience

Knowledge of educational curricula development methods, research, writing, and implementation

Excellent written and oral communication skills

High-level conceptual, design, and analytical skills
