About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Curriculum Mentor.

In this position, you will collaborate with our Network team to strategically support and prioritize centre needs. Your contributions will directly impact the achievement of broader initiatives and projects.

You will work closely with Centre Leadership Teams to drive continuous quality improvement in programs and practices.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the implementation of curriculum and centre priorities through focused collaboration with the Quality and Curriculum and Network teams.
  • Advocating and leading Guardian initiatives through providing support for centre teams through visits, mentoring, role-modelling, guidance and empowering teams to build their capacity.
  • Contribute to delivering strategic direction, tools, resources, professional learning and support for centre teams which drive improvements in pedagogical practice through centre ownership and autonomy.
  • Building relationships, awareness and engagement with internal and external stakeholders which focus on achieving agreed outcomes of Guardian initiatives.
