About the Role

This position is part of the Curricula Renewal project team within the Education and Improvement department. The main role is to support change management and implementation of newly-developed curricula and a supporting technology platform.

The Curriculum Implementation Officer will manage various stakeholders involved in specialist medical training programs across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, organizing, facilitating, and evaluating workshops, training sessions, and orientation sessions to upskill members and stakeholders on new curricula and technology platforms.

Maintaining a working knowledge of the supporting technology (Microsoft D365) functionality, analyzing stakeholder needs, and devising plans to address those needs and impacts are also essential.
