Steiner Education Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of education. As a Steiner Education Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering creative, engaging curriculum for Primary School.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver Steiner curriculum for Primary School
  • Provide mentorship and professional development to teachers, ensuring alignment with Waldorf principles
  • Support student well-being through individualised learning plans and collaboration with the Learning Enrichment Team
  • Contribute to assessment, reporting, and documentation processes
  • Engage with the school community, building positive relationships

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience with Waldorf pedagogy and Steiner education principles
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
  • A deep commitment to human-centered development of children
  • Ability to manage and adapt to evolving needs of the school community
