- This is a generalist HR role with responsibility across all people functions including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management, and industrial relations.

- They must possess outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building at all levels of the organisation.
- The successful applicant will also have experience supporting and guiding leaders and employees.
- They should be able to convert information and data into knowledge and communicate that knowledge in a meaningful and useful way.
- A strong planning, organisational, analytical, and decision-making skillset is essential for this role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- A thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations is also necessary.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
